Procedure:
Makeup Artists will have 30 minutes to create a look given by a designer!
Rules:
- Must be a makeup artist who registered below under level 2, 3, or 4
- Must have a portfolio to display their work on the table prior to the contest
- Must be able to create a look under the spotlight within 30 minutes
- Must have own makeup
- Must be able to reproduce an image
